What we collect

When you fill out an inquiry, application, or newsletter form on this site, we collect:

• First name and email address (required)
• Last name, phone number, message, and program timing preference (optional, depending on the form)
• Advertising attribution data (UTM parameters, Google Click ID) when you arrive from a paid ad, used only to measure which campaigns reach interested students

We also collect anonymized usage data through Google Analytics 4: pages visited, session duration, device type, and general location (city and country). Google Analytics anonymizes IP addresses before storage.

How we use it

• To send you the program information, brochure, or updates you requested
• To respond to your inquiry or application
• To understand which channels and campaigns bring prospective students to our programs

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers listed below, who process it only to help us operate this site and communicate with you.

Service providers

• ConvertKit (Kit): US based email marketing platform. Stores your name and email and delivers emails on our behalf. Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. ConvertKit privacy policy.
• Google Analytics 4: anonymized usage analytics. Google privacy policy.
• Calendly: if you book a session through this site, Calendly processes that booking under its own privacy policy.
• Sentry: error monitoring. If a technical error occurs during your visit, Sentry may capture limited technical context. We configure Sentry to minimize personal data in error reports.
• Vercel: our hosting provider. Vercel processes all web requests and may retain standard server logs.

Your rights

• Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message we send.
• Request access, correction, or deletion of your information by emailing info@sarasvatiayurveda.com. We will respond within 30 days.
• EU and EEA residents: rights under GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and data portability. Lawful basis: legitimate interest for inquiry submissions, consent for newsletter subscriptions. You may withdraw consent at any time.
• California residents: rights under CCPA/CPRA including the right to know what we collected and to request deletion.

Cookies

Google Analytics 4 sets analytics cookies to distinguish sessions. No advertising or third party tracking cookies are set by this site directly. If you arrive from a Google Ad, the Google Click ID (gclid) is captured in our lead forms for attribution purposes only.
